Terms of service

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, you are refunded in full.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies. Prices and availability can change without notice, but changes never affect an order we have already confirmed.

We work hard to show colours, prints and measurements accurately. Screens vary, and garment measurements can differ by up to an inch from the size chart, so small differences are normal and are not a fault.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Our shipping and returns pages form part of these terms.

Everything on this site, including the graphics on our garments, photographs, text and the Auredris name and wordmark, belongs to Auredris Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, to access data that is not yours, or to place fraudulent orders. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded. Beyond those, the site is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Auredris Inc. is registered. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page on the day you order is the one that applies.
